New to cichlids

Hi I am new to forum and started with three cichlids in a 60lt tank last year in November... Upgraded to a 180lt and have 13 cichlids :) just wanted to say hi and will really appreciate your advice. Thanks in advance and I love forum.

I have 1 bumblebee 2 acei 4 yellow labs 2 venustus 1 demasoni 1 blood dragon 1 female blood dragon ( holding ) - bumble bee is biggest with 7cm and smallest is demasoni with 3cm. I bought a fry floater to put the little ones but not sure when to put mom in the floater. LFS mate told me to put her there when I see little ones moving and he also told me I could strip. So gotta keep an eye on her :)

I strip them about 14 days after they are holding the fry ae big enough then, you could also use an egg tumbler if you want to strip her earlier
