hey guys and gals My name is adam i live in parkville Maryland looking at seting up a 30g cichlids tank and soon a 55g i have 2 saltwater tanks a 24g nano a 3g pico

im always thinking of the next tank i can do lol still making room and unpacking from moving

well this is what i have so far not sure if i like it and the hobfilter im not happy with leaked a little and nothing but a oring holds in the pump

it looks pretty good

I think a background could make a big difference. Even something as simple as a black trashbag can work.

Depending on what type of cichlids you are keeping, you might add an easy and tough plant like java fern or anubias.
