My morning surprise

As I was doing my walk around before depart for this morning this is what I found on my 1 55 gal setup. No time to correct but you can the front on the frame has been comprised. Got home a few minutes everything still intact. Thanks Petco for still having their $1 per gallon sale going on. Now let the swap out begin.

I had that happen on my last 55 as well. I rigged a piece of wood to rest over the top. However, it wasn't as bad as your fracture. I used the wood brace for another 2 years.

I had the center brace on my 45 snap while doing a waterchange. I barely bumped it with my arm....and snap-o. It had become so brittle....I'm guessing from the light sitting over it for so long. Anyhow.....waterchange turned into a 1/3 refill until I got a replacement.

I'm very glad you were able to get a replacement!
