My first albino

Bristlenose ancistrus, that is. Saw it grubbing around with others of the current cohort of fry. First time any of my fish have thrown a mutant. I've seen it twice over the past few days, so it's hanging in there for now.

Also, why is it that every time I think I've reduced my bristlenose population to a single adult, a batch of fry turns up a few weeks later?

Buggers are like cockroaches. Probably survive the apocalypse.

Woohoo! I can't wait to produce one of my own albinos in my mbuna tank!!! Congrats! Also, how big is their tank and are there any specific "pleco caves" in it?

30 gallon, lots of driftwood, one cave. It's set up primarily for corydoras.
