I remember when you bought that fish at the ECC auction, you outbid me on him lol. Beautiful fish probly one of the prettiest peacocks there. I also remember you buying another dragon blood at the auction as well. The only suggestion I have for you is have as many breaks in sightline as possible, try to clutter the tank a bit with rock and decorations. I've had some luck in doing this with my tanks. And if all else fails let me know if you want to try and sell him, he may do better in an 8' 220 gallon aquarium. Good luck hope things work out
