Nice looking fish, I would guess is it's a Labiatus.

Thanks guys. I have no idea what his exact species is. I got him at "That Fish Place" in Lancaster Pa. He was labled as a black devil "tri-colored. But I thought he was amazing looking and had to get him. Here's a pict of my red parrot:
