Their stock price has recently shed nearly 50% of it value - seems to me that these alleged energy beverage gangs are little more than latter-day snake oil salesmen selling concentrated - read as "deadly - legal stimulants to unwitting clientele. I sense Congressional hearings on the way and lawsuits - huge honking lawsuits with multi-million dollar judgements. Imagine my despair.

Certainly none of us will lose any sleep over the demise of this company both from its' sales of "deadly" products to unwitting (read ignorent or perhaps better - stupid) customers as well as its' business practices - especially from preying on smaller companies.

I can't believe people drink that stuff. Some of my friends continue to drink it even after I explain to the how horrible the ingredients are and how horrible of a company they are.

I just don't get it.

How is the "battle" coming for MFK?
