Moenkhausia plumbea (lead tetra)

anyone ever hear of these pretty little tetras being out there for purchase? I did all the regular searches...even tried binging it what ever THAT is! seems like theres only one or two sources that even mention it. could this be the elusive snipe like tetra?

I've never seen them available, but that doesn't mean they aren't. Maybe Josh at Batfish Aquatics or Rachel (MsJinkdz) can help. They both can get imports.
