Metal shelving for 20 long

Are any of you using metal shelving (like at Home depot) for 20 long tanks? I see they have them in 36", but I need something that will better fit the dimensions of a 20 long due to space.

I havnt tried it, but I have considered buying standard closet shelving and installing it upside-down to hold 10g and 20g tanks. You'd want to put a brace at each stud. Its comes in a 12" and 16".

I have had great success with the wire rack shelves. Target regularly sells the 36x18x72 shelf for 35.00.

The problem I have is that I only have 32 inches in length to fit the metal rack.

I can't find it online but the brackets usually have a load rating on their packaging. You should have 2 or 3 studs in that space, most likely 2. 20g tank filled is 225lb.

This is what I am looking at. It won't fit the tank, since they have the same dimensions.
