I know these are pretty mean mama jamas, but I love the colors. Is it still the belief that these basically will not work in a mixed mbuna tank? Petsmart (I know I know) has them for 2 for $5 so I am curious

How big of a tank? If you were to get one, I'd only get one. If you were to try a breeding group, I've heard that not even a 75 is not large enough.

They are very aggressive. I do concur to not put them in anything leas than a 75 I would be comfortable putting them in a 120 at the very least. I have two in my 50gal and boy is that a bad idea. I am doing complete over hauls on both 50 and 28gals this wknd. I have gone completely wrong in livestock choosing. Ugh I guess that's what happens when you take your wife and let her choose.
