Who could use an extra $476 million dollars? Well maybe about $250 million after Uncle Sam takes his chunk, but I don't think most of us could fathom the difference.
I work in the building where the MD lottery is headquartered, and the lotto kiosks have been busy all day. I was on the elevator earlier with a group of people carrying one of the oversized checks to be used as a media prop.
Our office started a collection to pool together to buy tickets for the office. We all have our resignation letters preprinted just in case...
