So, I'm starting to get excited about this meeting since the topic is Tropheus :jumpy::jumpy:

So, what are you guys going to be bringing to the May meeting? There will be a seperate thread for food.

I plan on bringing some small Tropheus :wub: for the auction :jumpy: At least 6 of them :angel2: . Probably some other tangs as well :D

Please remember this is not a 'For Sale' thread ;) Just what you plan on bringing for the auction so that people can be more prepaired :angel2:

I am going to send my lovely wife with a 55/75 stand to auction as a donation to the club, $50 reserve. 1.5" 14g square tubing, adjustable feet for your leveling pleasure!

These are really great stands that you build, I saw one at your party/open house last week. Bummed, I didn't win the raffle...well maybe I'll get another chance at this one.

ha! and I was just about to post about that! he beat me to the punch! :D I may be bringing some lfbn and some smaller schooling fish to auction. Have way to much stuff right now!

Here it is in primer, to be finished in flat black. 48.5" X 45" X 22.5". 75g lower shelf, 55g upper w/ about 31" between the shelves. Top tank sits a little high, but one complaint Rachel had about the stands I did for her was that she couldn't fit big wood in the lower tank, so I added about 6" more height to the 75g spot.

I want to talk to Klaus about my ill-fated attempts on breeding WC Tropheus Yellow Murago Mikenzi.

I just thought of something, he's from Canada...another different accent for me to understand.:D

the stand is now black and looks awesome. The additional height he added will put the top tank in the eye level range which will be really nice.

Can't wait to see my new stand! :p I think theres going to be some serious competition for it though. Looking forward to the next installment of fish month.

I might be able to make it to the meeting this time. If I do, I will be brining some cash and may be some lace rocks.
