Lost my female Oblongum

She has looked rather slugish the last few days and not eating. Today she was resting on the bottom with labored breathing. And tonight she died.

Her mate looks bummed as they were very bonded. They produced many spawns and was a good mother, geeting it right from the first time.

She measured 4 1/2"

I am glad I was able to mail some of her fry around the country to keep this wonderful and underated species going.

I have a large brood of oblongum growing out now, most are about 1".

I still have the six I bought from you a few months ago. They are doing very well, though no breeding has occurred yet.
