Looking for help with food for the October meeting

Its very easy for me to do the chips, sodas, and cookies but its difficult to do the hot/cold portion. If anyone could do the following, please let me know:

ice: at least 2 8# bags, I can bring a cooler to hold them
Hot dish or 2?(meatballs, hot dogs, whatever will feed about 50)
veggie tray

Donations of unopened bottles of sodas and chips are always appreciated for the club as well. I keep a huge tote in the back of my suburban to house this stuff so if you would like to give something, every donation helps the club and defrays costs.

Anyone who supplies any food can submit receipts to the treasurer to be reimbursed.

Anyone who can help would be greatly appreciated. If not, I will do the best I can

Sure if you want. We have sternos and trays to use to heat them up as well or to keep them hot. It would be much appreciated! Just let me know if you want to and what I need to get for accompaniment (ketchup, rolls, mustard, relish, etc)

If you get there early enough and it get set up in time you do not need ot boil in advance. In a pain, over the double sterno they will be hot enough in 20 - 30 minutes.
Less work that way.

I can do meatballs again. Don't think many folks hit up the buns and cheese last time, so I'll leave that out and just go with meatballs in red sauce. This should cut the cost down significantly.

What are the dimensions of the racks for the pans?

EDIT: Are dogs and meatballs too much?
