I saw some for sale last week at Londontowne Tropicals.
I bought one from londontowne... they're German bred, and the Germans sent him white saum green terrors lol
Not stalsbergi, just the white rivulatus
Still a nice fish but not what OP's looking for

The recent ones at LT were F2 grow-outs from my F1 breeding group I purchased as .5" fry in 2021 from The Cichlid Dojo's wild caught colony..

Congrats, you got F2 A. stalsbergi bred here in Frederick Maryland from my F1 breeding group. I started with a group of I think 8 or so F1 fry acquired from the Cichlid Dojo (Matt) in August 2021. I grew them out and have thinned out my group over the years by moving extra adults to fellow hobbyist and local and national / international vendors.. I'm down to a trio which I maintain in a 5 foot 120G tank w/ various characin and loricariidae.. They breed about 3 or 4 times a year. I have moved my fry via CCA to hobbyists, but have also sent a few to Londontowne and another international vendor who is growing out about 20 currently. Londontowne did have A. stalsbergi from Aquarium Glaser earlier this past summer.. The ones purchased by B Beanikeeper are not the Aquarium Glaser A. stalsbergi. Although, I trust Londontowne and Aquarium Glaser and I have never received misidentified fish from either vendor.

Good luck w/ your F2s.. they can be a little rough, but based on your experience with Mayaheros beani I'm sure you can handle them and they're well worth the efforts..

Here's a couple clips of yours and the parents:

He got the czech ones Kurt...
Big difference, I have stalsburgi.
Need a better pic of the scales on the body. The main diagnostic is green scales lined with black vs black scales lined in green. Again, I got the euro bred one from Londontowne, asked Jeff Rapps about the fish I got and he is certain mine at least is rivulatus. I don't hate or not trust Lontontowne, but sometimes the europeans send him bad product. He had Am. myrnae (from Glaser mind you) that were labeled as "rio sarapiqui"-- problem is that myrnae's range stops roughly 50 miles south of the rio sarapiqui, and according to Ron Coleman (guy whos been studying Costa Rican Amatitlania in the field for the last 30 ish years), myrnae have never been in the sarapiqui, introduced or native. So we don't even know if they're actual myrnae, or at least where they're from of course, since "sarapiqui" myrnae have been popping up around the euro hobby for years now. My point is to just make sure you have what you have. Perhaps the "czech bred" ones are different from the "euro bred" ones.
