Lighting Question

So I ran into Sarah at House of Tropicals today and she said that there was a website where all the fish junkies buy their lights for a good price. She didn't remember the name of the site so I was hoping someone knows. I just want low wattage lights like T5's or maybe compact fluorescent that give off a color like regular grow lights.

Have you thought about building your own with bunch of cheap fixtures for either PAR38 or MR16 bulbs and getting some LED Bulbs for them. I have seen some very good results here on CCA and elsewhere.

Its seems to me that the problem with pretty much any LED fixture from a manufacturer (Marineland,Coralife,Aqueon...) is that by the time the fixtures hit the shelf, the are out of date, and the prices for the LEDs themselves have fallen in price so much that it makes the fixture seem like a overpriced piece of crap.
