I was wondering is there a LFS that will take fish and give you store credit for them around the DC metro area? Thanks

I've traded fish in at House Of Tropicals in Glen Bernie. What ever store you choose call first to make sure they have room for the fish. Don't want to put the fish through any unneeded stress.

Centreville aquarium has taken every fish I have brought to them and you get a 20% off livestock coupon in return.

I work at Rick's Fish and Pet in Frederick. If you bring something in and we have room for it, I can try to convince my boss to give you something for it in return. It would be store credit, though.

Cool Zack, I've actually purchased some of my african cichlids from Rick's Pets. I would be buying other fish so store credit would work for me.

Centreville aquarium has a couple africans for sale but very limited number of tanks to stock. Stores in md have much more, i should have checked your location before mentioning it :p
