Oh, and Melanochromis cyaneorhabdos Maingano (acutally, I guess they're now considered Pseudotropheus)

A few BAP updates...

I got a bit behind around the holidays...I have a few spawnings from November.

Julidochomis regani (the batch I'm reporting the spawn for is the out-of-focus little blob just above the out-of-focus adult).

Bushynose plecos (after all of the spawnings I've had for these...I just realized I never posted one to BAP)

L279 (Ancistrus sp. in the breeder basket)

I realize this may be futile...at best it may be several years....but I've saved a spawn from my Altolamprologus comprecisseps Lufubu.

These guys are crazy for microworms!

Ancistrus sp. "Pucallpa Gold" take two....turns out these guys really don't do well if you take them from their parent's tank too early. I lost them all In breeder baskets within days. If I leave them in the parent's tank, they seem fine. I'm going to theorize it has something to do with having readily available forage of some kind that I wasn't giving them in the basket. Just speculation, though. I originally took them out because the parent's tank is overcrowded and super funky.....I thought they might do better in cleaner water. Nope. Then I tried leaving them in the parents tank but in a Marina breeder box.....nope. Anyhow....I find that the closer to wild-type the Ancistrus are, the more fragile the babies.
