I too love the smell of Turkey in the morning as it bakes nice and slowly for hours.

I'll be pigging out on turkey sandwiches the next couple of days (white meat only) and then my wife will make turkey soup out of the dark meat, probably sometime in January so Thanksgiving keeps on giving.

But my favotie leftover is the mashed potatoes. Make it into little burger-like discs and fry them up in butter until they are good and browned on both sides. MMMM, mmm.

Left over turkey sandwiches. ohhh yeah. lol

I also love to mix stuffing, gravy and a little kraut together and warm it up. MMMMMM
