Sounds like an ECC hanger-on at CCA meetings (though exceptions are made for anyone who drives all the way from Jersey to attend the meetings, and particularly stentorian auctioneers).:D Could also be a prosthetic or wetware mod for an invalid, someone who is respectively physically or mentally "challenged", except that all the members of both clubs are such testaments to the splendor and virtues of human genetics that we'd doubtless have to look to the AKC or some such for examples. Or maybe just in Tony's closet.
