ICH Treatment - Holly's Way

So you all have been real helpful at helping me treat the ICH in the tank. I have been following Hollys advice. When I looked today there was no visible ICH, but I think one of my juvenile williamsi has doubled in size. The tank has been at 86 degrees since Saturday. How long do I leave it there?

Not my way -- just one way that's worked for me and others on the forum.

The rule of thumb is something like at least four days after the last spot you see, but I personally go much longer. I'd drop the temp a bit, maybe 82/84 and keep the salt for at least a week.
