There have been a few changes to the way YouTube operates in conjunction with vBulletin.
Quick tutorial on how to Embed a Video.
Go to the Video you are watching (of course
)...
Check out the URL.
I will use this as an example...

Copy and paste the code after the "=" sign, in this case:
usySRsotVA8
Click on the YouTube icon at the tool bar above your message...
and insert the code in between the brackets...
[YT]usySRsotVA8[/YT]
