How Big of a pump do i need?

I am picking up 6 free drilled 20 long tanks from a nice guy and i want to try cichlids from Lake Tanganyika so i will not be able to run off my other pump. But i do not know how big of a pump i should use and i think my spare iwaki is way over powered @ 25.6 gpm any input would be great

What will the pump be doing and how will the tanks be configured? Head?

Call the guy at www.Jehmco.com and tell all of your particulars. He will recommend the properly sized pump you'll need.

I think for 20 longs, you probably just want a central air and sponge filters or maybe Hamburg filters.

I dont know why but i am not into sponge filters and i love the idea of a central system for maintenance
