From info I've gathered so far, they seem to be similar to convicts,
but a lot more color - powder blue with red hightlights on the fins.
Apparently they're better community fish than convicts - what that
means exactly - I dont know.

I have redpoints
I have 3 generations of fry from a breeding pair I got at an auction. The male has very nice color and pointy, trailing dorsal and anal fins. He is about 3.5 to 4inches, the female is about 3 inches. Not as nice as the male but stil attractive. They do ok in community tanks until they start to breed, after that they will chase all tank inhabitants away from their cave to protect the fry/eggs. They never killed anybody though, so I would say they are less aggressive than convicts. I moved the pair to their own tank to give my other fish some piece. Let me know if you are interested. I could do a very fair price (cheaper than any store). Let me know
