Help, my fish is sick!!!

I have an aquarium with 7 goldfish, long tails..., 180l.
My biggest one is sick
He has black spots on his body, it looks like dirt, mostly under his anal fin. He doesn't eat well and is on the floor of the aquarium a lot... I think he is not going to last long like this...
I started now the second treatment with eSHa2000, but I don't have the impression that it is going better...

Is there someone that can help me?? Please.

What do you feed them?
Water params?
Water changes, how much, how often?

You only having a 47 gallon tank- with 7 goldfish means you need to do a lot of constant water changes. They are dirty fish.

It's recommended 30 gallons per goldfish.

Seems like an internal infection. My koi had something like this...

There are 2 things you can do, but I am going to give you the better/easier of the 2.

Get a tank heater, heat the water to 78F- also add an airstone for oxygenation.
Then add 1/2 cup (1 cup per 100 gallons) of aquarium salt. (remove ALL carbon from your tank)

Treat for 5 days- do water change, and replace your salt... it should gradually heal.

Most of the time bacterial infections are from poor/old food, and bad water quality.
