Hi! My name is Michelle and I am raising and hoping to breed angelfish. I haven't had no luck yet so any tips are greatly appreciated. I am also looking for pb angelfish to buy. If you live in central Illinois I am willing to come get some after I see some pictures.

Thanks guys. Caleb if you have some pb angels I would be interested in them. I would love to see some pics of what you have. lol I do keep them alive I just don't use ro water so angels take alot of persuasion to get busy.

I've tried 74 all the way up to 82. I have 6 in a 75 with 3 plecos , 2 48 tall ones I have cycling with guppies, and a empty 55. I want to use those for breeding. I have 2 5g,10, and a 20 for grow out tanks but they won't lay eggs. I use spng filters and mag slate and reg. slate. I think they are just retarded. They act like they are going to pair off then its like he forgets when he starts chasing the other ones. I thought about putting them in one of the other ones but I want to make sure they can do their thing before I go changing things on them. My water ph 7.5 after airated for 48 hours cause the co2 and kh is usually about 40 to 120ppm and gh is 120 to 180ppm. My water sucks but I really don't think it should mess with them spawning. I know after to put eggs and fry in ro. They are about 9 months old so maybe they just adolesants. Let me know what ya think.

i keep mine right at eighty and i'll post some pics when mike hooks me up with the ones he took and if they are only 9 months old then you may just need to wait a couple more months :)
