Considering the size of my fishroom and the tanks in it, I have decided to move away from Cichlids and toward other specialties (wild livebearers, killies, and mouthbrooding bettas). So I will be offing the Cichlids I have left in the various major auctions this year, but would like to give the CCA members first crack because you are the more serious Cichlid keepers. So here's what I have:
Neolamprologus multifasciatus:
I have a 20H with a breeding colony and quite a few fry. I'll split up the adults and the fry if you wish. The adults come with their shells.
Julidochromis transcriptus "bembi"
A breeding group of adults and too many fry to count. Again, you can purchase some or all - I'll dicker.
Keyhole cichlids (Cleithracara maronii)
I started with four and they killed the other two. These two have been together for months and I believe they're a pair.
Apistogramma agasizzi "Peruvian Blue"
Definite Trio
Teleogramma brichardi - adult pair
I purchased seven fry a couple of years ago and there was only one male in the batch. This pair has been together that long and are totally compatible. Serious offers only - I know what they'll bring at the auction.
I don't attend meetings, so you will have to pick up the fish, which will give you a chance to see them before committing to the purchase. I'm in Montgomery Village fairly near Lakeforest Mall.
