LFS low-balled me so I decided to keep her.

She is still for sale ($15) and I can bring her to the June meeting.

And the Second rule of business. If no one is buying at the set price, it might be too high - no matter what you think its worth it's only worth what someone is willing to pay for it.

I think my price is fair, but I've been told the majority would rather have males.

My comments were just a general statement - not about your price. The third rule of business: the market isn't always fair (this goes both ways - Supply and Demand).

Aren't they monomorphic? I have a male and would jump on the female but don't have room unless I got rid of the venustus but I'm liking him.

Ah...crap. I read his comment wrong. I thought it was a female venustus, hence why I declined. Hmmm. Yikes!
