Wow. That would be worth the trip to Massachusetts, but I don't think I could afford the divorce lawyer.

Ho-ho

Close to 1500 gallons - just a road-trip with a pick-up and a flatbed trailer away.

Of course

And I'm supposed to put it exactly where in my 3rd floor apartment? I'll happily go get it for someone, but 150, 1500 or 15,000 gallons there's simply just no room at the inn.

I think I could fit it in my basement, if only I could figure out how to get it down the stairs.

Hmmm...I wonder if I can convince hubby that the tank can be part of the basement remodel...

I have the room and easy access to basement. But do I want to stay married...

LOL, Jesse!

I could also have an aquascaping party for GWAPA and CCA. I've always wanted to do a massive SA planted tank.

In the tread on mfk the owner says it will need to be resealed after the move so move it in pieces, just lable the panels so you know where they go

Thought of that also but there's still the issue of the base which leaves at least one 8' x 6' section of probably 1/2" glass. Big fun any way you look at it.

This thread is torturing me! I'd just have pop out the sliding glass doors out to get that tank in.

I so want that tank!!!

8' by 6'? I guess I'm not sure how the base is with those angles but I thought it said 4' was widest, but still one side 11' other side 8' would be interesting...I'm sure I could get it in my basement no problem if it was in 2 pieces 4'x11 and 4'x8'...either way its like a 2 days drive away one way so I won't have to mess with it :)
