Flowerhorn or Trimac?

Remembering what trimacs I had looked like. I would say its a flowerhorn

I'm no expert, but I'd say trimac depending on the source. Remember, the OP bought his fish as a flowerhorn. Also, your fish doesn't have any of the blue pearls that the OP's fish has.

Three amigo if thats is the one I gave you I know for sure its a trimac. I had picked it up from tparker. He showed me the father and he was a great specimen.

Harley that is Tre, he is the Trimac I got from you but as you can see he has grown just a little bit. Lol. He is the King of the tank, despite the other trimac, Mbunas, Jack Dempsey (which seems to be his best friend) and a 8" Jaguar Cichlid that reside in the tank with him.

I seen this flowerhorn at the pet shop it's like 6 inches and it does not have a hump on its head is this a real flowerhorn and is it a male or female
