What types of fishes do you keep and what do you feed them?
African cichlids
I keep mostly Lake Malawi cichlids Peacocks, Haps and Mbunas
a few Tangs and a few Vicks
Ø Tetra Cichlid sticks
Ø NLS Cichlids 1MM and 2MM thera+A
Ø Omega One Cichlids Pellets (small)
Ø Angel Plus Cichlid pellets 2.5 MM and flakes
Ratings 1-10.. with 10 being the best result

I have been using Tetra Cichlid sticks (Cichlid crack) for years and love the result I get from feeding it to my fishes, they love it they look healthy and it brings out nice color in them especially Red color, also notice they grow very fast eating this food
Its good for babies also I use the dust and crumbs at bottom to feed babies, they grow fast and you can just drop one or 2 sticks in the tank and they will eat it all day long.
I would recommend this product to anyone
Would like if Tetra would make this into pellets form

I started using New Life Spectrum a few years ago really love this food it does a great job bring out and maintaining all the colors of my fishes also great pellet size for all size fishes
I notice my fish’s don’t grow as fast when using NLS as they do with Tetra sticks
I would recommend this product to anyone

Omega One not sure I like this food as much as the others my fishes will eat it they don’t seems to go nuts for it, the result I got from it is ok
Love the pellets size and its does not make a mess in the water

Trying Angel Plus Cichlid pellets now as a filler food as it’s the best price out there and the fishes seems to love it and its does not make a mess in the water, nothing more to report on this as I just starting to use this food a few weeks now.
