First Procambarus Clarkii Spawn!

Sis out two weeks ago I got a female sky blue clarkii crayfish in the mail. I immediately put her with my pearl white male and today I looked at her and she has eggs! This was really unexpected but I'm definitely glad it happened.

Here is a shot of her tail curled and you can see some eggs being cradled inside. I think it's really neat that she takes care of them like that.

So I just moved mom to her own 10-gallon tank, she seems to be adjusting well. Eggs are grey in color, and about the same size as angelfish eggs.
