Let mama do her thing! I would cut off that circuit pump behind the eggs though. I would also cover filter intakes.

True just be careful you don't scare them and have them go hopping out the tank or you getting bit

Ps I'm willing to trade some red tiger motaguense fry/ juvies for some of your festea mine are guarding eggs also

Congrats! I'd leave them with the parents, I have never had luck removing cichlid eggs/wigglers.

Looks good so far. Let the parents raise them. Do you have any other fish in the tank? Do you have experience raising other fry from egg?

Ended up pulling the eggs about 80% hatched and now almost all that hatched are free swimming

I doubt you will get a response. The thread is almost 7 years old and the OP hasn't been on the forum since April 2021.
