Exciting News About The BFD!

Hey CCA:

We got a bit of good news yesterday. As part of our contract with the Gaithersburg Hilton, we had a free upgrade from the Montgomery Room (where we've had the BFD on Friday and Saturday the past 3 years) to the Grand Ballroom if the ballroom was not rented by February 19th. As it turns out, the ballroom was not rented to others, so we get the upgrade!

Logistically, we'll have more space for the entire weekend and won't have to break down and move on Saturday night!

We are less than 2 weeks away! Have you registered?

I think it will be nice to have the extra space, but yes, we need to rework logistics a bit. It's a good problem to have.

Glad to be of assistance. Here's hoping that the Friday/Saturday layout can work with the Sunday layout...

Already on the list of things to look at. Worst case scenario is we still break the rack down on Saturday, but there won't be a rush.
