Another wonderful meeting!

I enjoyed Dave Schumaker's talk, and I don't even keep lake cichlids.

Good auction, too.

Finally, congrats to our new leaders!

Thanks to Mo and Tony for changing so I didnt have to. Was great to see Dave again, and congrats to all the board members! I am sure there will be some sort of thread made soon with the current elected officials.

I enjoyed Dave's presentation. Picked up some goods, got to spend time in great company and was elected to the BOD albeit by default. It was a great day.

Dave's talk was really good, I liked the part about how many Labidochromis species there were! There were about 50-70, and I thought that there was just 10-15!!! Thanks, Dave!

That was a superb meeting!

Dave's presentation was perfect: ~45 minutes and a good mix of big picture and detail.

How can you beat a Dave's group buy? Oh yeah, a discount and free shipping for members (MEMBERSHIP HAS ITS PRIVILEGES!)

There was a great mix of fish and other stuff in the auction...some AWESOME donations form Dave and others...and some great BAP and CARES fish.

Congrats to the folks who were elected to the board...and to the folks who ran!

There was a nice send-off for Sam/Avatar, although I'll still miss him (a lot).

Finally, thanks to everyone for showing up. We had over 100 people at the meeting, including quite a few new faces!

Great meeting as always! I enjoyed Dave's talk and would have loved to hear more about combinations of species per tank as well as how Dave keeps and breeds fish for his shop.

Congrats to the newly elected board.

Super fun meeting - thanks, Jesse, for letting me have the background for the 150 - it looks great and was the perfect size.

I'm loving the tetras I picked up from Rachel and a treat of cut-up red wigglers has set my D. macs back to spawning colors. I'm not sure of the name of the runner for those, but thank you for the tips on setting them up - I had 3 old rubbermaids at home that were perfect for wiggler wrangling!

Great meeting.
Yep I counted 85 adults during the talk as well as 16 kids.
I know a couple other people came in after the talk was over. Nice turn out.

Thank you Dave. I know this time was a little larger turn out then the other time you gave this talk so I will add - Nice Job on the talk. Enjoyed it. Every time you showed another picture, I was in the back checking the name on your list. LOL

It felt like an especially fun meeting for me. Excellent talk by Dave, lots of awesome fish coming into the club, newly elected board, great tacos and other snacks (thanks Andrew and Sam)... what more could you ask for?
