Has anyone ever ordered their plants off of Ebay? Wondering if I would even receive them due to customs?

If they are not shipped with the proper permits you won't get them.

You have about an 80% chance of getting them I would guess. I did it once about 5 years ago before I knew better. Lots if stuff like that slips through customs every day
