I have a 40L, 48" by maybe 12" deep and 16" tall. It is drilled in the lower back (not bottom) corner. Would make a perfect sump for a big tank, which is how I used it. It has a bulkhead and can be plumbed to an external pump. I also have a cap for the bulkhead, so it can be used with a submersible pump. I have a corner overflow box for it that I could silicone in so it could be used for a display tank in a sump setup. I also have a Wet Dry media box that is a little beat up, but works fine. Single drip tray, media container holds 5-6g of biomedia. The WD box will fit this tank, or can be used in a 20L. $30 for the tank and $20 for the WD box? I can take some pics; bring it to the meeting Saturday, etc.
