direction to take 29gal

My main tank is a 75 gal Tanganyikan tank that is shaping up, just need some of the fry to grow out some more and augment some numbers. Then it is done and I don't see adding anymore species.

I also have a 29 gal that recently housed my Pelvicachromis taeniatus "Milowe". He just went into fish heaven. I think he was a senior citizen. We miss him. He was also the fish that got me into serious fish keeping and was going to be my next breeding project...

So, now with him gone I am not sure about my focus on the 29 gal. It currently has a BN pair and a dwarf gourami pair (half-heartedly trying to spawn) and is also being used for Tang juvies and BN growout.
I wouldn't mind putting in some other interesting, peaceful fish that would not bother current or future fry.
Any ideas? I still have a "thing" for some Juli ornatus...or some kind of single beauty? Decisions, decisions.
