There used to be Diamond State Aquarium Society but I no longer see an active web site for them. Don't think they were very big.
I think you will have to go to Jersey or down to us.
You also have ECC which is a forum that has a show coming up in September.
Lots of small Tropical Fish clubs in the Philly area.
Oh and there is a new Cichlid club in York Pa.....
