Decoration Death

So I had a pair of really nice looking socolofis in my 55g. They were really active and After my water change the other day I noticed that one was missing. I figured it was hiding. Well today I took all the decorations out and realized that one of the socolofis got trapped inside a bridge ornament I have and died. Not sure if he jumped in when I was doing the water change or what but it sucks.

sorry to hear about your loss, I to have lost fish (shellies) in their shells and it does stink

We pretty regularly have fry hop off rocks, plants, decorations, etc when we pull them out of our tanks.

so we are careful to have in a container and they usually seem to drop into a little drip of water which actually can keep them alive for up to an hour or more...
