Data Base of Chilids

I noticed allot of forum member post nice pictures of their fish. Could we start a searchable data base of fish. I still don't know what allot of cichlids look like, their scientific names/ common names...

I see fish for sale all the time and have no clue if they ar small, large, mean, habitat needed...

I agree, that would be great. Everyone always refers to another sites database, but I'd like to have our own also. I'm sure it would take a lot of work, but I think it would help out a lot.

I'm happy referring to cichlidae.com (Cichlid Room Companion).

Juan Miguel does an awesome job...and trying to keep up with the latest names, etc. is just too much for us (in my opinion). Joining CRC gets you a great book too...
