Custom Cut Foam for whole tank filters

For those of you that want to try a whole tank foam filter and not spend $100-200 on a large piece of Poret foam, here an option.

Angels Plus now sell custom cut Whole Tank Foam Filters. The cost is $0.039 per cubic inch plus $0.40 per piece.

They also have a video of a setup using a water pump insted of air.

Thanks for the info and the link. I am not considering this method at the moment, but found the second video very informative. The price for the foam isn't bad either.

The big question is, is it open pore or closed pore foam, the way he is talking it sounds like it is closed pore. If that is the case then you cant use this like poret foam.
