Craigslist Split?

I found a tank I want to pick up on craigslist, but the seller is a little reluctant to split up the setup. So I am inquiring if anyone would like to split the setup with me.

I'm only interested in the tank, top, and lights. Not the fluval fx5 or the birds eye maple stand.
