Does anyone have any? I saw them on Dave's newest newsletter and I'm tempted to get some. I wanted to see if someone is keeping them. I checked the breeding spreadsheet but no one had registered keeping them on it.

I think Pat may be keeping them.

I had a group back in Sacramento and found them to be really, really peaceful. They wouldn't breed and would get bullied with peacocks or other haps.

Otherwise, keep a group of them, keep the tank covered and they'll do great.

Thanks Matt. I did some reading on them and saw they were a middle water column type of fish and spawned under a rock outcropping creating a ceiling and wall. Without the spawning, was that your experience with them?

If they're stressed, they won't color up.

I kept a group of 6 or 8 alone in a 2'x2'x1' tank with some PVC pipes.
