SA free swimming fry. My Mesonuata Insignis (Festivums) have spawned. The fry are free swimming, eating crushed NLS and sponge filter junk. Looks like there are over 50 of them.

African free swimming fry Monday Nov 10

My Pelvicachrimis 'triple red' that I got from Ted Judy have spawned. I have had the trio for some time. I never suspected there were eggs, nor did I see the first forages for food. There is a swarm of free swimming fry jealously guarded by both parents!

The juvenile Kribs are really getting big. Maybe it is time for me to put some of them in the CCA auction!

The Jack Dempsey fry are thriving. They used to look like a bunch of lively bouncing dust spots in the tank. Now you can see the verticle stripes on their body! How big should JD be before they go in the auction?
