cheep water pump?

So anyone have any suggestions for an inexpensive pump? Just need something to get water from a 5 gal bucket to a tank 3 or 4 feet above it. Would be nice if it had adjustable flow rate. Just trying to make wc's easier on tanks that I am not using tap on. Also want to use it to set up a rubbermaid with a peat bucket over top it to recycle water over the peat for 24-48 hrs to get really soft and dark "black water".

Check out Kensfish. I bought one of the eco-plus (I think that's the name) pumps that I use to pump water out of tanks for water changes. I've also use Aquaclear powerheads and a piece of 5/8" tubing to pump out tanks. Both work relatively well.
