Chaplicthys pardalis - goodeid bred

Chaplicthys pardalis is a neat little (2-3") goodeid livebearer from mintzita Mexico. Males are tan with spots and metallic green with a yellow tail. Girls are tan with spots

Most goodeids including these are endangered or threatened in the wild.

I was able to separate a gravid female before she dropped her babies and now have a full set of about 8-10 babies growing out..
