Okay people. Start getting those fish in shape. We will need a lot of entries to make this work.
It's fun. All you have to do is get that fish up to size, register him and bring him to the show in October. If we are going to do this then we need to do it right. Every member should bring at least one fish. Or more. You can buy it or raise it. Does not matter.

We need a show website. Something simple and informative. Someone with the knowhow could probably put somethng together for pennies. Then, we all who have sites and have friends who have sites, could place a banner of the show site with a hyperlink.
Godaddy.com has a real easy site builder program. I'm sure there are others that are cheaper out there. What do you all think?

We will need sponsors for a few things.
At least I assume.
Sponsor for the speaker we are providing.
Sponsor for some of the classes in the show. Or atleast the BEST IN SHOW class.
So if you are friends with a store owner, a pizza place, a car wash, something in the area, start talking it up until we come up with a firm plan of attack and a list of what we need.

When is the website going to be activated for the show? I did a google search and there are five "Aquafest 2007" already. None are ours.

The show is in October. It is almost August. I still get the message "Comming Soon".

Are there going to be more classes for cichlids? I would like to see more classes like ACC and OCA. I would bring at least one fish per Tang class, and even my West African winner from last years show. That is, if a LFS would return it to me.(wouldn't give him back after the show) :smashfreakB: , maybe they would also return my 4 tiger plecos. :spanka:
