This article is a bit misleading me thinks.
If its anything like last years contest, anglers who catch and kill one are entered into a drawing for a chance at the $200 BPS giftcard. DNR would go broke if they gave one out for every snakehead caught, im just sayin.
There are guys out there catching 10 or more a week.

May not be a bad idea to offer a bounty per fish though... I surely wouldn't mind my tax dollars paying people to be professional snakehead hunters considering what they are doing to the ecosystem.
On another note, maybe what we really need is for the state fair to host a best recipe contest for snakehead... make it popular to eat?? Anyone? :blush:
