Can any one help im not sure if this is a problem

I'm not sure if this is just a fin nip or what it is so I just figured I'd see if any one had any ideas, i dont think its fin rot because she has had this for a few weeks with no change..she seems to be acting fine and eating but I just want to be sure, I don't want it to speed to my other africans..neer bottom fin
